Return/Refund Policy

  • On DOMESTIC orders insurance is recommended for large orders, but not required. If you would like insurance, please contact us for an adjusted invoice price, prior to making payment on your item(s). We are not responsible once the package is delivered to the post office. Any and all other costs associated with receiving shipment are Buyer’s responsibility.
  • If you are not happy with your purchase, items may be returned for a refund IF NOT WORN for the item price minus a 15% fee to costs. The item must be returned within 5 days (14 Days International) of receipt in new unused condition and accompanied with a return form indicating the reason for return. Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • CONDITION OF PRODUCTS: Items should be returned unworn, unaltered and unlaundered in original condition, with all original tags/packaging intact. Items must be free from loose hairs, stains, make-up, sweat and hair care products. We recommend that you remove your makeup before trying on an item. Items that have acquired a cigarette smell or other strong odors are not eligible for return due to the sensitive condition of some customers.
  • RETURN SHIPPING: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Please package your returns with care to ensure a safe delivery back to us. If your item was shipped in a box, please pack it in a box (and not an envelope). If packed in an envelope please return it in the same packaging order in which it was shipped to you. We cannot accept items back for return that reach us crushed, bent, permanently creased or otherwise damaged.
  • DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: A defect is defined as a Run or Hole in the fabric itself. Please open and inspect your item(s) carefully immediately upon receipt of your order. Our quality control measures ensure that your items have been inspected before they are shipped to you. For this reason, product defects are rare. Defects must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Defective items will be replaced (at no expense to the customer for the same item ordered in size, color and cost (if it’s still available).   If the item is sold out, it may be replaced with a like item of the same size and cost. Please let us know that you received a defective product so that we can make a note in your account to accept the product back.
  • INACCURATE SHIPMENTS: Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt of your package. Omissions or inaccurate shipments must be claimed within 3 days of receipt. Accommodations are given for the exact item ordered (if still available).
  • PAYMENT METHOD: Credit will be given via the original payment method. We cannot issue cash/check refunds.
  • SHIPPING: Shipping fees are nonrefundable. If you received free shipping due to a promotion, you must maintain eligibility status for that promotion. Otherwise standard shipping fees will be deducted from your credit.
  • REPLACEMENT ORDERS: Replacement orders are charged a flat discounted shipping rate of only $3.99. This rate applies to domestic (USA) shipments only.
  • COURTESY SHIPMENTS: Items that are sent as a courtesy to you due to a lost shipment, short shipment or a defective product are not eligible for refund.
  • PROCESSING TIME: Please allow 3 weeks for processing of your refund or exchange.
